Coach Levi

Hi, I'm Coach Levi.

I was born in the US but spent most of my life in Korea. I played varsity volleyball and basketball for four years at International Christian School - Uijeongbu in the Korean American Interscholastic Athletic Conference (KAIAC). I continued playing basketball in college at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago as the starting shooting guard. Since then, I have coached high school boys basketball for three years and high school boys volleyball for four years.

For the past three years I have been coaching varsity basketball and volleyball at Handong International School in Pohang, South Korea. I am currently the varsity boys volleyball head coach at Yongsan International School of Seoul (YISS) and periodically serve as the assistant coach for the boys basketball team at YISS. I work full-time as the youth pastor of Freedom Village Church in Haebangchon.

Sports have taught me so much about health, discipline, teamwork, leadership and integrity. My goal is to show those that I coach how to develop in those areas through sports. I am excited to be a Triple Threat Academy assistant coach and look forward to joining such a great coaching staff!
