Coach Grace

Hi, I'm Coach Grace!

I am a certified YogaFit instructor with over 10 years of practicing experience. I enjoy stretching, practicing mindfulness and playing sports. In high school, I played varsity volleyball and continue to play recreationally. I also play softball and flag football recreationally. I have been living in Korea since 2019, I am an international school counselor, and I am a mother of 3 young children.
